𝙑𝙞𝙙𝙝𝙞 𝙥𝙤𝙫:-

He was standing right in front of me with guilt in his eyes. He said,"I'm sorry." Huh.. Why is he saying sorry. I just stare at him. He said again,"I won't bother you again but please don't do something like this again."

Why is he saying this to me. I mean I thought he would be happy. I said to him,"but I thought you'd be happy to see me dead." His expression changes to shock. He said,"I never wanted that. That's true I wanted revenge from you because of your father's sins but I was wrong."

What sin is he talking about he's the one who betrayed my father. I got furious and asked,"what do you mean my father's sin. It's you who betrayed my father not the other way around."

"Is this what your father told you. Do you think our family are enemies because I betrayed your father." He said as soon as I finish my line.

"Then what? You're telling me that it's not true." I asked. "Yes, you're wrong. I just don't kill anyone." He said. "Then tell me the reason." I insisted.

"I can't tell you that now." He reply. "Why not?" I asked. Before he could reply Naksh said,"bhai, let's go down stairs bhabi needs to rest and they left leaving me with my doubts.

I read some novels to take it out of my mind. After some time Laksh enter the room with some food. He came and sit near my leg. I asked,"what is it?" He said,"Rice and curry."

I said,"I can see that. I mean why did you bring it here?" He said,"for you to eat." I said,"I don't want to eat." He said,"Eat." His voice was intimidating. I again said,"I don't want to."

He didn't said anything. He placed his left hand behind the plate. He then mix rice with curry. He took some curry and rice into him palm and extend his palm near my mouth and said,"open your mouth."

I asked,"what are you doing?" He said with a stoic expression, "can't you see, I'm feeding you." I turn my face a little and said,"I don't need anyone to feed me. I have hands."

He grab my jaw gently and turn it towards him and said,"but you're not using them." I didn't said anything. He spoke again,"Eat." Before I could say no he put the food in my mouth and without a complain I ate it. Just like that he feed me the whole plate of curry rice.

He left the Room with the empty plate. And then come with a juice glass. Is he serious he just fed me the whole plate of curry rice. I said,"I'm not drinking that." He said,"drink."

I scream,"mumma." Mumma came upto our room and asked,"what happened vidhi?" I said,"mumma I just ate the whole plate of curry rice and here he's forcing me to drink this juice too."

Mumma said,"you should drink the juice. You're weak right now." I said,"but mumma I don't have room for juice in my stomach." Laksh said,"mumma she needs to drink."

I roll my eyes and said,"I won't drink." In this moment I was whining like a child. Mumma said to Laksh,"it's ok. She'll drink when she wanted." Laksh said,"but mumma." Mumma said,"no but."

And I just gave a victorious smile to Laksh. Mumma left. Laksh placed the juice on the table near me and left to washroom. I close my eyes as I was in thoughts.

And I open my eyes when I hear footsteps. I saw Laksh in only towel. I cover my eyes and said,"what the hell you're doing?"He said,"what do you mean?" I said still covering my eyes,"why are you naked?"

He reply,"can't I walk in my own room only in towel." I didn't said anything. He again said,"well well, if you wanna see you can. After all I'm your husband." He's teasing me now. I said,"why would I saw?"

"Now open your eyes." He said. "Are you teasing me again?" I asked. "Why don't you see for yourself?" He reply. I open my eyes. He has already put clothes on and standing in front of me with a mischievous smile.

"Are you disappointed?" He said while smiling. I asked,"wh.. What do you mean?" He said,"I mean now that I'm in clothes you must be disappointed." I shout,"shut up. I'm not." And he started laughing.

I cover myself in blanket and tried to sleep but couldn't sleep. He came and again sit besides me. I asked,"why are you sitting here?" He didn't said anything and hold my hand. I asked,"what are you doing?"

He didn't reply and just said,"go to sleep." I don't know why but I didn't resist. Soon I fall asleep.

"Haaa." I woke up in the morning. And to my surprise I saw Laksh still holding my hand. He was sleeping on my belly. Didn't he came to sleep on bed the whole night. Did he hold my hand the whole night.

I tapped his shoulder and he look at me in sleepy eyes. I asked,"why didn't you sleep on bed?" He said,"you didn't let go me my hand. What am I supposed to do?" I look away.

I went to bath room and when I came back after taking a shower. He was sitting their holding a fruit plate. I asked,"don't tell me, you want me to eat again." He said,"you have to eat."

I said,"I don't wanna." He said mockingly,"then you shouldn't have pulled that stunt." And he made me eat all the fruit.

For the next few days he haven't left the house and brought me food to my room. Don't even let me cook. I was so bored. He even hold the edge of my pallu. And when I asked why he's holding my pallu. He says that he wants to make sure. I don't try that again.

It's been a week from that incident and he still don't go anywhere. He sent Naksh if there's any work. I was just bored. Richi came to our room to play since Laksh don't let me leave the room alone.

"Vidhi, Arnav was here to meet you." Laksh said as he enter the room. "Who? Oh your friend, naksh told me about him." I said. He nod and said,"come downstairs. He's waiting."

I nod and got ready. Laksh was waiting for me. I came after getting ready. Laksh again hold my pallu and we went down. I said,"can you let go of my pallu now." He said,"only for now." And he let go of it. He's been acting clingy.

I went down stairs where His friend was and Naksh was their too. You.. You're here?" I asked as I saw a similar figure. "Vidhi, you're here." She asked in a surprised face.

Laksh asked,"you know Arnav's secretary." I look at Laksh and said,"no I don't know her. Who is she?" She said,"vidhi don't be like that."

I said with a mocking face,"yes yes. Look who's saying? Someone who didn't make contact with me for 7months." She make a apologetic face and said,"vidhi, it's not I didn't contact. It's I couldn't contact."

"You were with Nisha in Germany then where did you go suddenly?" I asked. All the boys are in confusion what are we talking about. And Laksh friend asked,"do you know my secretary?"

I said,"it's nice to meet you. I didn't mean to meet you like this but because of someone." Then I look at her. She said,"Please vidhi don't be angry at me?" Naksh asked,"is she your friend?"

I said,"Naksh, she was my friend not is." Naksh said,"huh why?" I said,"me nisha and her, the three of us were best friends in school and in college too." Naksh asked,"then what happened now."

I said,"7 months ago this girl suddenly leave Nisha in Germany in alone and for this 7 months she didn't even contact us. And now I'm seeing her here." She said my name,"vidhi." I said her name,"Rehanshi."

"I'm sorry na."rehanshi said. "Your sorry isn't enough." I said. I'll make up for it." She said. And then I look at arnav and said,"oh, I'm sorry. I didn't introduced myself. I'm vidhi singhania."

He said with a smile,"oh you don't need to introduce. Someone talk so mu." He suddenly stop as Laksh said,"have a death wish."

Then he said,"let me introduced myself,I'm Arnav kushwaha. I'm the CEO of Kushwaha industry and friend of Laksh." I greet him with a smile.

He asked,"what should I call you? Bhabi or Vidhi?" I said,"call me vidhi." He said,"ok.vid" Laksh suddenly said while glaring at Arnav,"Bhabi.call her Bhabi." Arnav gave a awkward smile and said,"I'm better off with bhabi."

As we talk after some time mumma brought tea and cookies. I was sitting besides Rehanshi. I said,"I feel like eating cake." Then naksh asked,"bhabi, should I go and buy some for you." I said,"no, I was talking about homemade. Don't worry about that."

And I just forgot about it as we speak. And when Both Arnav and Rehanshi left. Arnav said,"we should go watch a movie sometimes." I nod. And then they left.

At night I was in the room. I got thirsty but when I the jug there's no water. I went down stairs to get some water. And to my surprise Laksh and Naksh both were covered in flour.

I went to them and asked while laughing,"what, are you guys playing holi with flour." Laksh said,"stop laughing." Naksh said,"Bhabi, bhai was making homemade cake for you. And i was helping him and that's how we end up like this."

I said while looking at Laksh,"who told you to made cake?" He said,"well you wanted to eat cake." I asked,"so is the cake ready?" Laksh said,"no but we will make it soon."

I said,"no need for that. You will only waste more flour."He said,"Then teach me." I said,"not now." I took a water bottle and went upstairs to our room. I was laughing the whole time seeing them like that.

The next day finally Laksh went outside after a week. And richi came to me and said,"chachi, teach me how to do make-up." I asked, "why?" She said,"I just wanna know."

I nod and brought my makeup kit. I said,"look there's your Naksh chachu, go ask him to be our model." I was laughing from inside. But richi is finally opening up to everybody. Richi went to Naksh and said,"chachu, can you come with me?"

Naksh got emotional as richi talk to him after so many months. He came with richi. I said," Don't be too emotional. You should know why she call you here." He asked,"why?" I said while covering my mouth as I was giggling,"to be our make up model."

He got shocked and I started laughing. But he didn't protest. I apply make on his face to show richi how it's done. One by one I apply kazal, lipstick, eyeshadow etc.

I said,"Naksh you're looking so beautiful." He said,"stop teasing bhabi." I tease again by saying,"I should send your pictures to Nisha."

He said,"bhabi please don't." Its fun teasing him. As we are talking we heard gut shot sound. What happened. We said to richi to go to her room .

both Naksh and me, look at each other. Then we run outside to see what happens.
